These terms apply when you use utahcontractorleads.com or request a quote through Utah Water Softener Quotes, a service of Utah Contractor Leads ("we," "us" or "our"). By using our website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We connect Utah homeowners with local installers for water softener and water treatment quotes. Our service is free for homeowners. Installers pay us for each request we send them.

Requesting a quote

• When you submit a request, we send it to one installer who serves your area. That installer is named on the form.
• By submitting, you agree that the named installer may call and text you about your quote at the number you provide, including with automated technology. You don't have to agree to this to buy anything, and you can tell them to stop at any time or reply STOP to their texts. Message and data rates may apply.
• You aren't obligated to buy anything.
• Please give accurate information, and only request a quote for a home you own or have the owner's permission to request one for.

Installers are independent

Installers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We don't perform, supervise or guarantee their work, prices, quotes or schedules. Any agreement for work is between you and the installer. Before hiring anyone, check their license, insurance and reviews yourself. You can look up a Utah contractor's license through the Utah Division of Professional Licensing.

No warranties

Our website and service are provided "as is." We don't promise that an installer will be available in every area or that you'll receive a quote.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Utah Contractor Leads isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or service, or from any installer's work, products or conduct.

Contractors

Contractors who buy requests from us do so under a separate agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
